Septic tank was leaking 2 days ago. Called Drain Doctor & asked them to come out to assess the problem. Fred came the same day & explained the issue to us, gave us a quote. 2 days later, Fred came early morning, with a crew & fixed the problem. Our tank was poorly installed, but he fixed all the problem. He even called around & found a great deal for us to get our tank pumped. Upon completion, he educated us on proper care of septic. The total price was a little over the quoted price, but he refused to take a dollar over the quoted. We are extremely satisfied with a job well done.

Never have I been disappointed with any repair issues I’ve had, in fact in my opinion Fred has gone above and beyond the normal and offers the best in customer service. I appreciate the honesty and work ethic this company provides as well as the fast, friendly service. Are there less expensive plumbing companies out there??? I don’t know and am not interested in finding out, when I have a plumbing issue I want it fixed right and at a fair price....and Drain Doctor gives me that!

Hey Fred! Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received from you with the purchase and installation of my new Rinnai tankless hot water heater!! For those of you needing a new hot water heater this is the way to go! I just replaced an electric hot water heater that had been in this home and used for 19 yrs. with a tankless Rinnai natural gas heater!
